Do you want to get your apartment block connected but don’t know where to start? Talk to your building manager or your usual installer and you will discover that Comelit is the solution for you!
After installing the multi-user module in the traditional video entry system, a label should be applied to your door entry monitor; scan the QR code to complete configuration of SimpleApp, the special app which helps you get the most out of your connected system.
SimpleApp offers you the convenience of receiving calls from your apartment block video entry system directly on your smartphone. Plus, you can also open the door and watch a live stream of the images captured by the cameras paired with your system.
Configuring the app is super quick and easy:
- Scan the QR code on the adhesive label to download the app directly to your device;
- Log in to your Comelit account or register for a new account;
- Scan the QR code again to link your account to your apartment.
Thanks to this new module, receiving calls on your smartphone will no longer be restricted by the choice of internal unit. With the support of the installer, you will be able to choose the door entry monitor that is most suited to your requirements!
ADVANTAGES FOR THOSE INSTALLING THE NEW SOLUTION
PLUG & PLAY
Installing the new module is extremely easy, because no configuration is required for the user door entry monitor. Plus, you can connect an apartment block without restricting the choice of internal units available.
The module was developed for plug & play usage, so that all you need to do is install and power up the device, connect it to the Internet and give the end user the QR code which identifies their internal unit and allows them to install and configure SimpleApp on their smartphone.
RENEWAL
Renewing the connection is extremely easy!
You can purchase a card from your usual installer and enter the code in your MyComelit App to renew for a period of 1, 2, 5 or 10 years
Or you can leave it to us: we will contact the building manager and take care of it ourselves.
REMOTE SYSTEM AND USER MANAGEMENT
Once the QR code is linked to the apartment, the user can independently manage the system and register one or more devices.
Alternatively, you can also monitor the system via System management section of the MyComelit App, this section also allows you to quickly and change users wherever you are, even if you are not on site.
Or you can grant these privileges to the building manager and not give it a second though!
