Constantinos The Great Beach Hotel, an iconic five-star hotel overlooking the renowned Protaras beach in Cyprus, has recently completed a major renovation project to offer an even more exclusive experience to its guests. This transformation has seen the integration of state-of-the-art Home & Building Automation solutions, improving comfort, safety and efficiency in the management of the hotel.
Thanks to Comelit’s contribution, the hotel has been equipped with an advanced system for intelligent room control, guaranteeing a tailor-made experience for guests and operational optimisation for hotel management. The project involved the 306 rooms, common areas and technical infrastructure, with solutions combining design, innovation and user-friendliness.
To improve energy efficiency and reduce waste, the Constantinos The Great Beach Hotel has been equipped with advanced Comelit home automation systems for the intelligent management of lighting, climate and blinds. Thanks to capacitive control panels, guests can control each room quickly and intuitively, ensuring maximum comfort and a personalised experience.
Each room is also equipped with an off-door reader, with light indicators to signal a ‘do not disturb’ status or a request for tidying up, as well as an integrated touch bell, which enables silent interactions while respecting guests’ privacy. All touch panels are custom-designed, personalised with the hotel logo and dedicated icons, for an exclusive design that combines technology and sophistication.
