A house with zero environmental impact

Bolgare, in the province of Bergamo, recently saw the unveiling of a PassivHaus constructed by Marlegno srl, a company specialised in the construction of buildings with zero environmental impact. Technology partner for this project was Comelit Group SpA, who supplied the home automation systems for the control of all the automatic devices in the house.
The house is a prototype that can viewed by appointment and is defined as a Zero Energy Building (ZEB), not just during the construction phase but also during it use, in that it is able to maintain an optimal level of internal comfort while reducing energy consumption and costs. This is possible also thanks to the use of high-efficiency systems, as Angelo Marchetti explains: “Marlegno’s PassivHaus is equipped with the Icona Manager home automation supervisor and the One multi-purpose plate, that allows simple and intuitive control of all home automation devices, from air conditioning to lighting, scenario management to activation of the anti-intrusion system”.
