The residential tower Flores chooses the Comelit IP system for its apartments

About 30 km from Amsterdam, in the city of Almere, the residential Flores tower has recently built for Expo Floriade 2022. This particular project will be temporarily used in 2022 for business meeting and for others, but in the future it will evolve and host 80 flats, 60 of which will be in the middle segment.

The tower reflects the trees, plants and flowers collection of Floriade Expo: there is a plan surface in which will be planted all the plants for creating a vertical resume. The idea is: the more the plant is smaller, the farther should be found in the arboretum that will circle the building.

Outside of the tower is beautiful: it is the canvas for a unique facade artwork, for which hundreds of images from databases and university libraries have been used.

The sleek Icona monitors – one for each flat – have been placed in all 80 apartments. Furthermore, the 3ONE6 Sense door entry panel have been installed at the two entrances. Each one will have a 8-inch touchscreen and interface with various customisable screens.
