Medny: the “copper house” welcomes Comelit’s ViP technology
Designed by the famous architect Sergey Skuratov, the Medny residential complex is located within the Yakimanka district, one of the most prestigious areas in the historic center of Moscow.
Three independent towers of different heights make up the Medny premium class complex, called the “copper house”. The architectural work owes its name to the three facades entirely covered in copper: the roof in fact creates a magical play of lights that, when the sun rises, illuminates the entire building.
The architect’s goal is clear: to embody modern architectural trends and initiate a process of change and renewal of the urban landscape, which has been frozen for too long.
The interiors also reflect this vision, offering potential customers three design alternatives: White Moon, the most minimalist; Easy, a reinterpretation of the classics in pastel shades of green; Colorwater, sophisticated apartments with a minimal design and simple and light shapes.
Design, modernity, style: the cornerstones of the project that led to the choice of Comelit video door entry systems. The Ikall push-button panel, with its clean and captivating lines, was installed as an external unit. It is a solution that, thanks to IP technology, allows an easy installation ensuring maximum expandability.
Part of the apartments were also equipped with Mini monitors, perfectly integrated with the style of the interiors.
A great achievement for Comelit which, once again, stands out for its inimitable quality and design.
